Role Overview:
This is a primarily remote position for a Denver-based attorney. You'll handle personal injury matters from intake through resolution and join 1–2 in-person meetings per week. In-person time may include team meetings, client meetings, marketing events, and visiting medical providers to strengthen relationships and better understand our clients' treatment and injuries.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a personal injury caseload under attorney supervision
- Draft pleadings, discovery, and motions
- Communicate with clients, insurance adjusters, and opposing counsel
- Help prepare cases for mediation, arbitration, and trial
- Assist with settlement evaluation and negotiations
Qualifications:
- J.D. from an accredited law school
- Active Colorado law license (or pending admission)
- Minimum 2 years of personal injury experience
- Litigation experience is a plus
- Strong research, writing, and communication skills
- Able to work independently in a remote setting
- Reliable transportation for weekly in-person meetings in Denver
What we offer:
- $70,000–$90,000 base salary (depends on experience)
