Overview:Regan Associates, Chartered is seeking a Virginia-licensed attorney to join our growing legal team. Our unique practice model allows our attorneys to focus on what matters most: their clients. We don't bill our clients, and we don't ask our attorneys to bring in business. This is an excellent opportunity for attorneys interested in public interest law who want to deepen their skills in domestic relations law while also gaining valuable experience in other practice areas, including immigration and criminal law.
What We're Looking For:
- At least 2 years of trial experience in Virginia courts.
- Minimum of 1 year representing clients in Virginia with divorce or child custody matters.
- Admission (and good standing) in Virginia; MD or D.C. bar is a plus.
- A self-directed, motivated attorney who thrives in a courtroom and wants to grow.
- Experience in public interest law or a demonstrated commitment to serving individuals and underserved communities.
