Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Associate Attorney to join our legal team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in various areas of law, including but not limited to Personal Injury Law, Corporate law, Governmental, and Tribal Law Regulations. This role requires excellent research and litigation skills, as well as proficiency in legal research tools such as LexisNexis. The Associate Attorney will work collaboratively with senior attorneys to provide high-quality legal services to our clients.

Duties:
  • Conduct thorough legal research and analysis on various cases and legal issues.
  • Draft legal documents including pleadings, motions, briefs, and contracts.
  • Assist in the preparation for trials and hearings by organizing evidence and developing case strategies.
  • Represent clients in court proceedings and negotiations.
  • Provide legal advice to clients regarding their rights and obligations under the law.
  • Stay updated on changes in laws and regulations relevant to practice areas.
  • Collaborate with other attorneys and staff within the law office to ensure comprehensive client representation.

Requirements:
  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Admission to the Montana bar association.
  • Strong understanding of multiple areas of law including Personal Injury Law, Family Law, Corporation, Governmental, and Tribal Law Regulations.
  • Proficient in legal research tools such as LexisNexis.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
  • Prior experience in litigation or a law office setting is preferred but not required.

Pay: $74,595.23 - $89,835.13 per year
