A law firm based in Crystal Lake, Illinois seeks an Associate Attorney with one or more years of experience. Civil litigation, real estate, and estate planning are the main practice areas. The associate will work on a variety of title insurance and real property litigation cases. Litigation duties include drafting pleadings, motion practice, depositions, and trials. Estate planning, real estate closings, and business transactional work is also involved. Title insurance experience and real estate experience is a plus. Excellent verbal, writing, and research skills are a must. Illinois Bar License is a requirement. Health insurance is not offered as a benefit. Please note: This is an on-site position based out of our Crystal Lake, Illinois office. Candidates must be able to commute daily to the office. Remote work and hybrid options are not available for this role.
