The Litigation Attorney will handle a full caseload of civil and commercial litigation matters from intake through resolution in an hybrid role based in Concord, NC.

Qualifications:

Demonstrated experience drafting and arguing Motions and other litigation-related filings.
Experience appearing before Courts, including handling hearings, conferences, and other proceedings.
Background in conducting and participating in Trials, including trial preparation, witness examination, and presentation of evidence.
Proficiency in taking and defending Depositions, with strong questioning and analytical skills.
Active license to practice law in North Carolina, in good standing.
Excellent legal research, writing, and analytical abilities, with attention to detail and accuracy.
Effective verbal communication and advocacy skills, with professionalism in client and court interactions.
Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines, work independently, and collaborate within a team setting.
Prior litigation experience in a law firm or similar environment preferred.
