Responsibilities:
The Associate Attorney will:
- Conduct client consultations
- Handle court appearances and hearings
- Draft pleadings, motions, contracts, and legal correspondence
- Draft estate planning documents including wills, trusts, and POAs
- Negotiate with opposing counsel
- Manage matters from intake through resolution
- Maintain strong client communication and responsiveness
- Collaborate with paralegals and support staff
- Participate in business development and referral relationship growth

Preferred Qualifications:
- Illinois law license in good standing
- 2+ years of legal experience preferred
- Prior solo or small-firm experience is a plus
- Experience in litigation, real estate, and/or estate planning preferred
- Familiarity with drafting wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and related estate planning documents
