The ideal candidate should have experience with estate planning matters, including drafting:

Wills
Trusts
Powers of Attorney
Related estate planning documents

Responsibilities:
The Associate Attorney will:

Conduct client consultations
Handle court appearances and hearings
Draft pleadings, motions, contracts, and legal correspondence
Draft estate planning documents including wills, trusts, and POAs
Negotiate with opposing counsel
Manage matters from intake through resolution
Maintain strong client communication and responsiveness
Collaborate with paralegals and support staff
Participate in business development and referral relationship growth

Preferred Qualifications:

Illinois law license in good standing
2+ years of legal experience preferred
Prior solo or small-firm experience is a plus
Experience in litigation, real estate, and/or estate planning preferred
Familiarity with drafting wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and related estate planning documents
