The ideal candidate should have experience with estate planning matters, including drafting:
  • Wills
  • Trusts
  • Powers of Attorney
  • Related estate planning documents

Responsibilities:
The Associate Attorney will:
  • Conduct client consultations
  • Handle court appearances and hearings
  • Draft pleadings, motions, contracts, and legal correspondence
  • Draft estate planning documents including wills, trusts, and POAs
  • Negotiate with opposing counsel
  • Manage matters from intake through resolution
  • Maintain strong client communication and responsiveness
  • Collaborate with paralegals and support staff
  • Participate in business development and referral relationship growth

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Illinois law license in good standing
  • 2+ years of legal experience preferred
  • Prior solo or small-firm experience is a plus
  • Experience in litigation, real estate, and/or estate planning preferred
  • Familiarity with drafting wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and related estate planning documents
