Polsinelli is seeking a highly qualified and motivated associate to join our Tax practice group in our Atlanta, Chicago, Kansas City, Los Angeles, or Washington D.C. offices. Interested candidates should have excellent academic credentials, experience in a law firm or similar environment and superior writing, communication, and problem-solving skills.The ideal candidate will possess 2+ of tax experience either in a major accounting firm or in a law firm. Experience should include research and assessment of complicated federal tax issues involving entity formation, deal structuring and M&As. An LL.M. in Taxation is preferred.

Compensation: Salary will range between $220,000 – $320,000, depending on experience. A discretionary bonus may also be available based on performance.
