Description:

Boca litigation firm practicing primarily in the area of Condominium, Homeowner and Co-op Law as well as construction litigation and commercial litigation, is seeking an Associate Attorney with a minimum of 3-5 years' litigation experience in this area of the law, including motion practice, conducting depositions, mediations and bench trials. Position will require court time in the tri-county area (Dade, Broward and Palm Beach), as well as some on the West Coast of the State. You will be responsible for drafting pleadings, motions, respond to and propound discovery, and conduct legal research.

Candidate MUST BE a self-starter and organized, as well as having good research and writing skills and analytical abilities, excellent organizational abilities, and be able to work independently and with a group. Must be a "people" person and able to manage time efficiently.

Pay: $49,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
