As an Associate Attorney, you will work closely with our experienced legal team to handle a variety of family law cases, including divorce, child custody, spousal support, and property division. - Conduct legal research and analysis on family law issues
- Draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and agreements
- Represent clients in court hearings, mediations, and settlement conferences
- Provide legal advice and guidance to clients
- Collaborate with senior attorneys to strategize and plan case resolutions
Qualifications:
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
- Admitted to the California State Bar and in good standing
- 1-3 years of experience practicing family law
- Strong research, writing, and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
- Familiarity with Sacramento County family law procedures and local court rules is a plus
