The Opportunity:
This role is dedicated to family law, with room to explore other areas after you've learned family law. The Family Law Associate will have strong mentorship from our attorney and support from paralegals and staff. This position does not have a billable hour requirement. Compensation includes a base salary of $60,000 plus a generous bonus structure. Newly licensed attorneys are encourage to apply!
Responsibilities:
- Conduct initial client consultations
- Open, manage, and litigate family law cases (dissolution, custody/parenting time, support, modifications, etc.)
- Draft pleadings, handle discovery, and prepare/argue motions
- Represent clients at hearings, mediations, and trials
- Collaborate with a support team using modern tech for efficient, organized case management
- Receive ongoing mentorship on family law practice and the business of law
Qualifications:
- J.D.
- Active membership in the Oregon State Bar

Compensation:
- $60,000 annual salary
