Estate Wise Legal Group, LLP is a small, growing law firm focused on estate planning, probate, trusts, and related business and succession matters, and we are looking for an Associate Attorney to join our team in an in-person position at our Victoria, Texas office.

The Opportunity:
This position offers meaningful, hands-on experience while working closely with experienced attorneys in a practice that combines legal knowledge, problem-solving, client relationships, and long-term planning.

The right candidate is someone who wants to:

Develop a strong foundation in estate planning and probate law;
Work directly with clients and become a trusted legal advisor;
Draft and review wills, trusts, probate pleadings, deeds, business documents, and related legal instruments;
Research and analyze challenging legal issues;

Experience:
0–5 years of legal experience.

Prior experience in estate planning, probate, trusts, business law, or a related practice area is helpful, but not required. We are willing to teach the right person.
