A well-established, growing estate planning and probate law firm in Salem, Oregon is seeking a full-time Associate Attorney to join our growing team. Key Responsibilities:
- Meet with clients and provide legal advice related to estate planning, probate, and trust administration
- Draft and review wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and related documents
- Represent clients in probate court and trust administration matters
- Conduct legal research and draft supporting memoranda
- Collaborate with attorneys and staff to deliver a seamless client experience
What We're Looking For:
- Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
- Oregon bar license in good standing
- 1–5 years of legal experience (prior estate planning or probate work is a plus but not required)
- Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and organization
- A commitment to client service and a professional, compassionate demeanor
- Spanish language skills are a plus
- Must be comfortable working in person with clients regularly
