What You'll Do:
- Train first as a paralegal – yes, you read that right. We believe the best estate planning attorneys know every step of the process, so you'll learn the ropes by helping with drafting, document preparation and client follow-up. (We all know how to “sweep the floor here”)
- Learn our systems, workflows, and client services standards from the ground up.
- Collaborate with our paralegal and client services team to make sure every client feels supported and informed.
- After training, transition into client meetings, where you'll learn to design estate plans that truly fit each family's needs.
- Draft, review and finalize wills, trusts and other ancillary documents with precision and care.
- Continuously look for ways to improve our processes and client experience – we value ideas from every seat in the office.
- Grow your skills with mentorship, feedback, and opportunities to contribute to the firm's future direction (our Vivid Vision).
