We are a highly regarded, client-centered law firm concentrating in estate planning, elder law, probate and estate administration, estate litigation, personal injury, and real estate transactions. Our firm assists individuals and families in protecting assets, planning for incapacity, navigating probate and trust administration, and resolving related legal matters with clarity and compassion.

We are seeking a detail-driven and proactive Associate Attorney with at least2-5 years of applicable experience who is comfortable working in a fast-paced, document-intensive environment.

This is an excellent opportunity for a candidate who enjoys working closely with attorneys and staff on sophisticated client matters and who takes pride in producing polished, accurate work product.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare, draft, review and revise estate planning documents (wills, trusts, healthcare proxies, powers of attorney etc.), correspondence, memoranda, and formal legal documentation in estate planning and other matters
  • Negotiate, Prepare, draft, review and revise contracts, riders and related documents in real estate transactions; review title reports; prepare for and attend closings
  • Manage document workflows from initial intake through execution
  • Client meetings, document signings, notarizations, and witnessing procedures
  • Maintain organized digital and physical client files in compliance with firm protocols
  • Track deadlines, follow-ups, and matter-related timelines
  • Communicate professionally with clients, financial advisors, care managers, and other professionals

Qualifications:
  • Minimum 2-5 years relevant (estate planning required, elder law, medicaid and real estate esperience preferred)
  • Strong written communication skills with experience preparing formal documents
  • Exceptional attention to detail and proofreading ability
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word formatting proficiency required)
  • Ability to manage multiple matters simultaneously with minimal supervision
  • Notary Public preferred (or willingness to obtain)
