Description:
Pérez Law is a workers' compensation and personal injury applicant firm serving injured workers across California with offices in Ontario and Pomona. - Settlement incentive bonus on top of base salary from the start.

- Represent clients in hearings, trials, depositions, cross-examinations, and settlement negotiations (with mentorship support).
- Prepare and file legal documents; review medical/legal records to build cases.
- Communicate directly with clients, insurers, and medical providers.
- Work alongside case managers and legal assistants who support your caseload administratively.
- Participate in mediations and settlement negotiations.
- Maintain compliance with firm policy, ethical standards, and CA WC regulations.

- JD from an accredited law school
- Active member, California State Bar, in good standing
- Strong legal research and writing skills
