Responsibilities:
- Manage cases from inception through resolution
- Take and defend depositions
- Draft and argue dispositive motions
- Conduct expert discovery
- Participate in client communications
- Gain trial experience (typically within the first two years)
Qualifications:
- J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school
- Active CA Bar license (or pending admission)
- Strong research, writing, and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities
- Ability to work independently with guidance
