- A passion for advocating for clients in matters including wrongful termination, discrimination, wage and hour disputes, and workplace harassment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, motions, and other court filings.
- Review and analyze employment contracts, handbooks, policies, and severance agreements.
- Prepare mediation briefs, trial briefs, and pre-trial filings.
- Communicate with clients on an ongoing basis regarding the status and progression of their cases.
- Collaborate with colleagues and senior attorneys to develop case strategy and achieve client objectives.
- Stay current on changes in federal and state employment laws and regulations to provide accurate and timely counsel.
Qualifications:
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
- Active and good-standing membership with the California State Bar.
- 0–3 years of relevant litigation or employment law experience preferred.
- Strong working knowledge of federal and state employment laws, including Title VII, ADA, FMLA, and FLSA.
- Familiarity with discovery processes, California civil procedure, and employment law fundamentals.
- Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines effectively.
