What You'll Do:
- Represent clients in criminal defense matters, including DUI, misdemeanor, and felony cases
- Develop and execute case strategy from intake through resolution or trial
- Draft and argue motions, pleadings, and evidentiary challenges
- Appear in court for hearings, negotiations, and trials
- Conduct legal research and analyze case details to identify opportunities for defense
- Communicate directly with clients, guiding them through complex and high-stress situations
- Collaborate with attorneys and staff on case strategy and execution
Requirements:
What We're Looking For:
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school
- Active Arizona Bar license and in good standing
- Experience in criminal defense (DUI and/or white-collar is a plus)
- Strong courtroom presence and advocacy skills
- Ability to manage multiple cases while maintaining attention to detail and strategy
- Excellent legal writing, research, and communication skills
- A proactive, team-oriented mindset
