Responsibilities:

Represent clients in court, motions, trial, and post-trial proceedings.
Analyze complex legal and factual issues, conduct extensive, well-reasoned legal research.
Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, opinions, and other legal documents.
Develop and maintain strong professional relationships with clients, colleagues, and judicial officers.
Participate in firm growth and business development activities.

Qualifications:

J.D. from an accredited law school.
Active membership and good standing with the Pennsylvania State Bar (New Jersey State Bar license a plus).
Minimum of 1 year of relevant court experience.
Reliable Transportation
Proven experience in criminal defense and post-trial proceedings.
Exceptional litigation skills with the ability to manage a high caseload.
Excellent court presence and professional demeanor.
Excellent analytical, writing, and communication skills.
Strong work ethic, with the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team.
