Description:
Responsibilities:- Represent clients in court, motions, trial, and post-trial proceedings.
- Analyze complex legal and factual issues, conduct extensive, well-reasoned legal research.
- Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, opinions, and other legal documents.
- Develop and maintain strong professional relationships with clients, colleagues, and judicial officers.
- Participate in firm growth and business development activities.
Qualifications:
- J.D. from an accredited law school.
- Active membership and good standing with the Pennsylvania State Bar (New Jersey State Bar license a plus).
- Minimum of 1 year of relevant court experience.
- Reliable Transportation
- Proven experience in criminal defense and post-trial proceedings.
- Exceptional litigation skills with the ability to manage a high caseload.
- Excellent court presence and professional demeanor.
- Excellent analytical, writing, and communication skills.
- Strong work ethic, with the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team.
