Description:

Responsibilities:
  • Represent clients in court, motions, trial, and post-trial proceedings.
  • Analyze complex legal and factual issues, conduct extensive, well-reasoned legal research.
  • Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, opinions, and other legal documents.
  • Develop and maintain strong professional relationships with clients, colleagues, and judicial officers.
  • Participate in firm growth and business development activities.

Qualifications:
  • J.D. from an accredited law school.
  • Active membership and good standing with the Pennsylvania State Bar (New Jersey State Bar license a plus).
  • Minimum of 1 year of relevant court experience.
  • Reliable Transportation
  • Proven experience in criminal defense and post-trial proceedings.
  • Exceptional litigation skills with the ability to manage a high caseload.
  • Excellent court presence and professional demeanor.
  • Excellent analytical, writing, and communication skills.
  • Strong work ethic, with the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team.
