Description:

Homeowner Association and Property Association law is largely comprised of two major types of disputes: corporate governance issues (elections, fiduciary duty) and what boils down to a type of contract law (interpretation of the covenants as the governing document).

You like the details. You are comfortable responding to a complex motion, and you are comfortable presenting in court. However, you understand that most of the time, the client wants to move on with life and getting a solid settlement can be in the client's best interest.

If the above interests you, we want to teach you the details of HOA law (if you do not know them already). This is a great opportunity to get court experience under the guidance of an experienced attorney. Of course, we welcome applicants with experience, but with an area of practice that is so small, we understand that there are not many attorneys with a background in this area of law. We look forward to discussing how we can work together going forward!

Please provide a cover letter with your resume to illustrate what interests you about HOA law or why you think you would be a good fit.
