Description:

Morrow & White (Ret.), a well-known, highly successful Irvine Insurance Defense Firm seeks a litigation attorney to join its Construction Defect Team.

Minimum requirements to be considered for the position:

Active member in good standing with the California State Bar;
Minimum 3-5 years strong litigation experience in Construction Defect and insurance defense;
Strong experience with motion practice, discovery dispute, conducting depositions, making court appearances, mediation and trial preparation;
Excellent oral advocacy and written communication skills, comfortable presenting cases in front of mediators/arbitrators, judges and juries;

Ability to work independently and manage multiple cases simultaneously; and Able to travel within California

Pay: $100,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
