Orrick seeks an associate with four to nine years of experience to join our dynamic Restructuring practice group in our New York office. Experience writing briefs, taking depositions, and managing cases at a major law firm and strong education profile preferred.

Qualifications:
Four to nine years of experience. Candidates must be highly motivated and possess excellent academic credentials along with superior communication skills. Membership to the State Bar of the office of the state in which the candidate expects to be located is required.
