Key Responsibilities:
The associate attorney's responsibilities will include:
- Conducting legal research involving complex and abstract commercial concepts
- Developing legal and factual strategies for new and existing matters
- Preparing petitions, discovery, memoranda, briefs, and supporting evidence
- Delegating assignments to and supervising supporting professionals
- Negotiating stipulations of fact and settlements
- Interviewing witnesses
- Representing clients in court and before administrative boards
Required Qualifications:
- Active Pennsylvania law license
- Membership in good standing with the Pennsylvania Bar
- More than four years of commercial tax litigation experience
- Exceptional academic credentials
- Outstanding research, analytical, and legal writing skills
- Strong professional judgment and commitment to high-quality client service
Compensation and Benefits:
Annual compensation ranges from $138,000 to $205,000, depending on experience and qualifications.
