The Firm has offices in Pine Brook, New Jersey, and New York City.A Commercial Litigation Attorney with 1+ years' experience is sought for Frier Levitt's Pine Brook, NJ, office. We may also consider a candidate who would work in our NYC office.
The Associate will be responsible for:
- Drafting motions in federal and state courts
- Drafting discovery requests and responses/objections to discovery requests
- Preparing for a taking depositions
Requirements:
- Admission in both NJ and NY preferred, but at least one of these bars is required
- 1+ years' experience in commercial litigation, health law experience preferred but not required
- Must have outstanding research and writing skills
- May be subject to a brief legal writing exam during final interview phase
