Boutique civil litigation firm, Arminak Law APC, is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Associate Attorney to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for a junior attorney or recent graduate looking to gain hands-on experience across a wide range of civil litigation matters, including work with high-profile clientele. We are willing to train the right candidate and offer a supportive environment focused on mentorship and professional growth.What you will do:
- Appear in court for hearings and conferences
- Take and defend depositions
- Participate in mediations, arbitrations, and settlement conferences
- Draft and respond to discovery
- Prepare pleadings, motions, legal memoranda, letters to opposing counsel
What We We Are Looking For:
- J.D. from an accredited law school
- Admitted to the California Bar (or pending admission)
- Strong writing, research, and communication skills
- Eagerness to learn and take initiative
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
