We handle a high volume case load involving contract enforcement, judgment enforcement, motion practice, and negotiated settlements. We are a technology forward firm that leverages modern litigation tools, streamlined workflows, and automation to increase efficiency and reduce administrative burden.We are seeking an experienced, dependable attorney who can independently manage litigation matters from filing through resolution. For the right candidate, we are open to a structured hybrid work arrangement.
Description:
- Managing a high volume caseload
- Limited Court Appearances
- Draft and review pleadings, motions, affidavits, and other legal documents
- Litigating cases
- Post judgment enforcement
- Negotiate high volume settlements
- Work collaboratively with support staff to streamline workflow
Requirements:
- Admitted attorney with at least three years of experience
- Must be able to manage a caseload from filing to judgment
- Strong motion practice and written advocacy skills
- Ability to work independently and manage a large caseload efficiently
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-moving, high-volume environment
- Comfort with technology
Benefits:

Pay: $105,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
