The successful candidate will have demonstrated experience in:

Entity formation and representation
Succession planning
Business purchases and sales
Contract drafting and negotiation
Commercial leasing

A background in tax and accounting is highly valued. The position offers the opportunity to work directly with a senior partner in managing a diverse and active transactional practice. Qualifications:

Active license with the State Bar of California (required)
Minimum of three (3) years of business transactional experience
Excellent written and oral communication skills
