Your Day-to-Day:

Manage a caseload of criminal defense matters ranging from mostly misdemeanors to serious felonies
Represent clients at all stages: arraignments, pre-trials, evidentiary hearings, trials, and sentencing
Draft persuasive motions, legal briefs, and case strategy documents
Conduct investigations, analyze evidence, and collaborate on defense strategy
Communicate clearly and often with clients, keeping them informed and empowered
Work hand-in-hand with the firm owner and paralegal to move cases forward with precision and purpose
