The Office of Criminal Conflict and Civil Regional Counsel has an opening in the Lake City office location for an Attorney or a Certified Legal Intern (CLI) handling criminal cases in Columbia and surrounding counties in the 3rd Circuit. For Attorney Candidates:
- J.D. from an accredited law school
- Licensed and in good standing with the Florida Bar
- Strong oral and written advocacy skills
For CLI Candidates:
- Currently enrolled in an accredited law school
- Eligible for CLI certification under Florida rules
- Demonstrated interest in Criminal Law
- Strong legal writing and research skills
- Reliable, detail-oriented, and eager to learn
