Duties:
  • Prosecuting all types of criminal cases
  • Perform legal research using tools such as LexisNexis and Westlaw to support case strategies
  • Draft legal documents, motions, and pleadings with precision and clarity
  • Participate in court proceedings, including arraignments, hearings, and trials
  • Review and analyze case files, witness statements, and other relevant documentation
  • Collaborate with law enforcement agencies, victims, and witnesses to facilitate case progression
  • Candidates should have a Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school. Previous experience in a law office or as a practicing attorney is preferred. The following skills are essential for success in this role:
