Duties:
- Prosecuting all types of criminal cases
- Perform legal research using tools such as LexisNexis and Westlaw to support case strategies
- Draft legal documents, motions, and pleadings with precision and clarity
- Participate in court proceedings, including arraignments, hearings, and trials
- Review and analyze case files, witness statements, and other relevant documentation
- Collaborate with law enforcement agencies, victims, and witnesses to facilitate case progression
- Candidates should have a Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school. Previous experience in a law office or as a practicing attorney is preferred. The following skills are essential for success in this role:
- Strong knowledge of criminal law, or the willingness to learn
- Proficiency in legal research platforms such as LexisNexis and Westlaw
- Excellent writing skills with the ability to draft clear and persuasive legal documents
- Effective negotiation skills for plea bargaining discussions

- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple cases efficiently
- Familiarity with courtroom procedures and litigation processes
Pay: From $78,686.00 per year
