Overview:We are seeking a skilled Attorney to join our prosecution team. The position is for a full-time position OR a part-time position, based in our office.
Responsibilities:
Discovery compliance, view videos, answer motions, prepare cases for hearings and trials, interview witnesses, prepare and present cases before a grand jury, negotiate misdemeanor/felony cases, appear in local justice courts.
Qualifications:
Qualified candidate must be admitted to the New York State Bar.
