This is an entry level to mid-level position. Our prospective hire will receive guidance and supervision from our senior attorneys to develop their trial skills and prosecute cases in General District Court, Juvenile and Domestic Relations Court and Circuit Court.
We are looking to hire an Assistant Commonwealth's Attorney. That person may be new to the practice of law -- or just new to criminal law and procedure -- but if you're willing to learn and able to exercise independent judgement and initiative, we'd love to speak with you about this opportunity!
Candidates must be a member in good standing with the Virginia State Bar or waiting for Virginia Bar results.
