Must Complete Fifteen (15) Hours of Continuing Legal Education Including Three (3) Hours of Ethics, Annually. Must Submit a Resume Plus Two (2) Redacted Writing Samples from Previous Work or Law School Along with The Required City Application.

- Juris Doctorate and Member of The State Bar of Arizona Plus Two (2) Years of Working Legal Experience in The Practice of Law, or Equivalent Experience
- Demonstrating the Ability to Successfully Perform the Essential Functions of The Job. or An Equivalent of Education and Experience to Successfully Perform the Essential Functions of The Position.
