A Small Law Firm, a mid-sized catastrophic personal injury law firm, seeks a seasoned attorney with demonstrated excellence in legal writing and research—particularly in the appellate realm. The ideal candidate will possess a sharp analytical mind, precision with language, experience in personal injury law, and a deep understanding of appellate practice and procedure.

This position will primarily involve drafting and opposing writs and appeals. Assignments may also include preparing and opposing new trial motions, opposing motions for summary judgment, and other high-level aspects of litigation support as needed.

Exceptional writing and oral advocacy skills are essential. Applicants should be prepared to submit at least two appellate briefs that they personally researched and authored.
