Clark Hill LLP is seeking a senior-level Appellate Attorney to join its litigation practice in California. The Attorney would be responsible for taking appeals from notice of appeal through end of appellate process, including written brief preparation and oral argument.All candidates must have 10+ years of practice experience and an active California bar license. The ideal candidate will have experience in all levels of appellate work in California appellate courts, preferably a recognized California appellate “specialist,” and experience in United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit.
This is a part-time position with an anticipated commitment of 20 hours per week. The salary range for this position at the time of posting is $200-220k annually based on a full-time work schedule. Compensation for part-time employees will be determined on a prorated basis consistent with scheduled hours worked.
