Katten is seeking a highly qualified Associate to join its Litigation Department in the Appeals & Critical Motions Practice Group in the Washington, DC office.The group is seeking an Associate who graduated law school in 2023 or 2024. In addition to extensive critical motions and appellate brief writing, the Associate will also work on white collar and government investigations matters. Excellent academic credentials, a federal appellate clerkship, and prior law firm experience are required. Candidates should be a member of the DC Bar or eligible for non-examination admission.
All candidates must have excellent analytical and interpersonal skills, and a strong client-team focused approach.
