About the role:
We are seeking an experienced Affirmative Immigration Attorney to join our firm in Charlotte, NC, on a part-time, in-person basis. The ideal candidate must be capable of managing cases independently from day one , NO TRAINING PERIOD is available for this role.

This position is best suited for an attorney who thrives in a fast-paced, client-centered environment and is ready to handle a variety of affirmative immigration matters, including but not limited to:

Waivers
Family-based petitions
Adjustment of Status
Naturalization
Humanitarian cases (TPS, VAWA, U Visa, etc.)
SIJS

Qualifications:

Licensed U.S. attorney in good standing (any state).
Minimum 2 years of experience in affirmative immigration practice required.
Strong knowledge of USCIS procedures and forms.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Must be able to work in person at our Charlotte office.
Independent and detail-oriented — ready to take cases from day one.

Additional Information:

This is a part-time position.
In-person only (no remote or hybrid options).
No contract basis – W-2 or hourly arrangement may be discussed during the interview.
