Plaintiff Personal Injury Law Firm seeking an Experienced Attorney or Entry Level Attorney.Entry Level Attorney Position: This is the perfect place to learn and grow. We provide supervision, mentoring, guidance and remain available 24/7 for questions and concerns. You would be assigned to work with an Admitted & Experienced Attorney & paralegal on personal injury cases. The team would work together to prosecute the cases. There would be plenty of opportunities to shadow the experienced attorney to learn how to handle all phases of discovery and depositions. Unlimited room for personal and professional growth.
Experienced Attorney Position: This is an excellent opportunity to join our firm and take on a caseload of personal injury files. You would be responsible for commencing the cases, discovery, ebts, and resolution of the files. You would be working independently with a designated paralegal. Firm has almost endless resources and you would be permitted to retain any and all experts you feel are necessary to prosecute the cases.
