Job Description:The instructional faculty member, in coordination and collaboration with the Directors of Academic and Bar Success, shall have the primary responsibilities of teaching and assisting in the development of academic and bar success courses, workshops, and other programming and resources. This position is a non-tenure track, term appointment as an Assistant Professor with year-round service and instruction obligations. Councils and Committees: The instructional faculty shall serve on university and Law School councils and committees as elected or appointed.
Required Qualifications:
Juris Doctor Degree from an ABA-accredited law school; *a demonstrated ability to devise, coordinate, and implement innovative programming; *bar membership in any U.S. jurisdiction (can be inactive).
Preferred Qualifications:
personal record of strong academic achievement; *demonstrated commitment to working with students, inside and outside the classroom, to improve their academic and bar exam performance; *experience in data collection, data management, and basic statistics.
