Katten's Washington, DC office is seeking applications for our Structured Finance practice group for the 2026 Summer Associate Program.

Eligible applicants include current law students who are entering their second year of law school and will graduate in Spring 2027. We seek candidates who have a demonstrated record of outstanding academic achievement, strong writing and analytical skills, relevant work experience, and participation on-campus in student organizations, law review, moot court, journals, and/or clinical legal work.
