Corporate:
Working closely with colleagues across the firm's global platform, Greenberg Traurig's Boston Corporate Practice advises companies, private equity, venture capital and other institutional funds and investors on a wide range of transactional and business matters, including mergers and acquisitions, venture capital financings, private equity transactions, joint ventures, capital markets transactions, debt financing and corporate governance. Our attorneys guide companies through every stage of the business lifecycle—from formation and structuring to day-to-day operations and complex deals, including strategic partnerships, financings and exits—ensuring compliance with evolving regulations. Our sophisticated transactions practice advises clients across all industries, including technology, energy, retail, consumer products, life sciences, med device, healthcare, edtech and financial services. Law students joining this practice gain exposure to a broad range of sophisticated transactions and develop skills in negotiation, drafting, and business strategy.

Real Estate
Greenberg Traurig's Boston Real Estate Practice represents clients in all aspects of commercial real estate, including acquisitions, dispositions, financing, development, leasing, and land use matters. The team works with a diverse array of clients—such as developers, investors, lenders, and property owners—to structure and close complex real estate transactions. Our attorneys collaborate with other practice groups to address environmental, tax, and regulatory considerations, providing comprehensive solutions. Law students interested in real estate will gain hands-on experience in transactional work and problem-solving in a dynamic and high-impact area of law.

The expected pay range for this position is:
Salary is a prorated weekly amount of our first-year associate salary at $4,326 each week.

Actual pay will be adjusted based on experience, location, and other job-related factors permitted by law. Full time employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus, health insurance with an optional HSA, short term disability, long term disability, dental insurance, vision care, life insurance, Healthcare and Dependent Care Flexible Spending Accounts, 401K, vacation, sick time, and an employee assistance program. Additional voluntary programs include: voluntary accident insurance, voluntary life, voluntary disability, voluntary long term care, voluntary critical illness and cancer insurance and pet insurance. Commuter and Transit programs may also be available in certain markets.
