Summer Associates work in our Richmond office beginning in mid-May, with opportunities to collaborate with our Fredericksburg and Tysons teams. The program provides a well-rounded view of our firm through substantive client projects, mentorship from experienced attorneys, and direct interaction with firm leaders and clients.
Projects are assigned based on each Summer Associate's specific areas of interest, though participants are encouraged to explore opportunities across the firm's core practices—Business, Litigation, and Real Estate. Beyond formal work assignments, the program includes social events that foster meaningful connections with attorneys throughout the firm. Hirschler views this experience not simply as a summer position, but as the foundation upon which it builds lasting partnerships with talented attorneys who will shape the future of the firm.
