Polsinelli is seeking law students to join our 10-week 2027 Summer Associate Program in our Kansas City office following completion of their second year of law school. This immersive experience offers hands-on legal training, meaningful client work, and the opportunity to build lasting relationships within our firm.

Our program is designed to provide substantive legal experience while fostering personal and professional growth. Summer associates will participate in training sessions, networking opportunities, and social events, gaining exposure to the firm's dynamic culture and commitment to excellence. As a summer associate, you will have the opportunity to draft legal documents, including motions, memos, and organizational materials; interpret laws, rulings, and regulations to support client strategies; analyze legal and business data to assess case outcomes, negotiations, and transactions; and collaborate directly with attorneys across various practice areas.
