Arnold & Porter is seeking an entry-level associate (JD 2026) to join the Corporate & Finance team in the Boston office. Ideal applicants will have a record of outstanding academic achievement, superior writing and analytical skills, relevant work experience, participation in law review, journals, clinical legal work, and/or extracurricular activities, and a demonstrated interest in mergers and acquisitions.

Applicants must currently be eligible to become licensed to practice law in the jurisdiction in which they are applying.

The salary for this position is $225,000.

Eligibility for an hours-based bonus available.
