Not only are cash offers more likely to win, cash buyers command more negotiation power than traditional buyers. We use our funds to make the offer on your behalf. Once accepted, the New Home closes in your name. UpEquity was created out of a passion to solve the broken home buying process and launched through the Y Combinator program.
