The Law Office of Daniel Marks is a boutique civil litigation firm, comprised of four attorneys. We handle trial and appellate matters in Las Vegas, Nevada, in the areas of family, employment, contract, labor, appellate, complex personal injury, medical malpractice, probate litigation and business litigation. Daniel Marks founded this firm in 1992 drawing from the vast experience he gained working for Clark County Legal Services and John Peter Lee, Ltd. While based in Clark County, Nevada the firm also handles matters arising in neighboring counties. Since 1992, this firm has established landmark legal principles in various areas of law. Adam Levine joined the firm in 1993 from the leading personal injury firm of Harrelson, Kinerk and Morey. In 2012, the firm grew with the addition of Las Vegas natives, Nicole M. Young and Teletha Zupan. We handle all aspects of trial and appellate practice, and have successfully argued and won significant cases at the Nevada Supreme Court spanning the areas of family, employment, labor, personal injury, medical malpractice law, and business disputes. Our personal attention to clients, work ethic, and holistic approach to the legal process allows us to identify issues early and reduce the total amount of fees paid compared to other firms of the same quality, including regional and national law firms.
