The Law Office of Daniel Marks, a well-established civil litigation firm in Las Vegas, is seeking a motivated Associate Attorney or Law Clerk to join our team. Our practice areas include employment law, labor law, family law, and business disputes.We're looking for someone who is detail-oriented, eager to learn, and ready to take ownership of meaningful work. The position will focus on legal writing, discovery, and assisting in all stages of litigation.
Responsibilities:
- Draft pleadings, discovery responses, motions, and correspondence
- Conduct legal research and assist in case strategy
- Support attorneys in hearings, depositions, and mediations
- Collaborate with a small, experienced litigation team
Qualifications:
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) required
- Nevada Bar membership preferred (pending admission considered)
- Excellent writing, research, and communication skills
- Strong work ethic and motivation to grow as a litigator
