Emily was born in the Dominican Republic and at 8 years old, her family immigrated to the United States. Emily is the proud daughter of Immigrant parents who have sacrificed their life to provide for a better future for their family.After arriving in the United States, Emily lived in New York and then the family moved to Cincinnati, Ohio which is the place she calls home. At an early age, Emily began to develop a strong passion for the law with the desire to help the vulnerable immigrants who do not have a voice. Emily understands the personal difficulties of immigration which led her to law school and now as a lawyer who is committed to working with immigrants in all aspects of immigration law which is close to her heart. Emily has over 13 years of experience as an Senior Paralegal, Office Manager and in Business Management. Emily was admitted to practice law in the State of Ohio in November 2021. Emily continues to serve the immigrant population. Emily’s practice is in Immigration Law helping Individuals with Immigrant visas, Non-Immigrant visas, Consular Process, Provisional Waivers, Asylum Applications, Naturalization, obtaining travel permits, DACA, SIJS, VAWA, Extension of Status, U Visa, Adjustment of Status and other immigration- related needs of her clients. Her practice also extends to Juvenile Law, Traffic/ Criminal Cases and Domestic Relations. Attorney Emily prides herself on providing professional and honest representation. Emily practices law with passion and enjoys working with clients on a daily basis. We protect clients at all costs. That means taking the time to listen, understand our client’s needs, and formulate a plan to bring about their desired outcome. Attorney Emily is fluent in English and Spanish, as well as all of her staff. In her spare time, she enjoys singing in her Church Choir, traveling and family time with her parents, sister, husband and three children.
