Hiatt Law started with the purpose of being advisors to Entrepreneurs and Small Businesses as they launch and grow their business, and protect their assets and legacies. I have encountered the same kinds of issues that small business owners are facing when trying to build from the ground up. From forming the right entity structure and filing the right forms, to staying in compliance, I’ve made a lot of the decisions, and many of the mistakes that many startups make. As an attorney I’ve had the advantage of understanding how to maneuver through the minefield of government filings and report deadlines to reach my business goals.
