Elizabeth City State University is a constituent institution of the University of North Carolina. Our latest rankings – #1 in Washington Monthly's Best Baccalaureate Colleges (2015) and #2 in U.S. News and World Report's (2016) Top Public Schools (Regional Colleges in the South) – are noteworthy accomplishments.
